My Hero Academia: The Guardians Share Cover Art for the Final Volume

My Hero Academia has recently finished its long-running introductory and episodic series, and has released My Hero Academia: Vigilantes cover art for the fifteenth and final volume of the manga! Hideyuki Furuhashi and Betten Court’s original manga series began with the compelling premise of taking place a few years before the events of the main series, and over the course of its course has not only used this opportunity to showcase many of the series’ main heroes and villains in a new light, but also sheds light on some of the new characters that She was caught in the cracks of the hero’s world.

This led to the main characters of My Hero Academia: Guardians to become the respective honorary guards. Noting how the heroes were to transcend crimes in their small town, the main three took matters into their own hands and faced a series of increasingly difficult villains as the episodic branch came to an end. Now that it’s over, fans will soon be able to own all of his volumes with Volume 15 being the latest release to hit shelves in Japan later this summer. In fact, Illustrator, the Betten Court series, shared a first look at the final volume cover art that you can check out below:

My Hero Academia: Guardians It follows Koichi Haimawari as he begins to become a small town hero helping out with smaller tasks (like trash and litter), and eventually turns into some bigger and bigger battles against the bad guys. This soon gets to a point by the end of the series where he encounters beings who completely influenced what came of All For One years later in the main series, and went on to showcase how important Koichi ultimately was to the main series’ story as a whole despite the fact that he has yet to appear in it.

The separate series finally has some very important links to the main events of the series, however now is the time for fans of the main series to join in. Volume 15 of the series will be released in Japan next month, but it will be some time before it is released in English. Until then, you can now find My Hero Academia: Vigilantes in full with Viz Media’s Shonen Jump digital library.
