Today, Monday, during the “Sabah Guest” program on the national radio, Marzouki said that the ministry is in the process of completing the process of preparing the lists for granting a financial subsidy for solidarity for the benefit of low-income people during the month of Ramadan, which is estimated at 10,000 Algerian dinars, as preparations for pouring this subsidy began last October. By the municipalities – in cooperation with representatives of civil society – as it is working on controlling the final lists of beneficiaries, which include more than 2.7 million people, including heads of families without income and groups benefiting from the support provided within the framework of the National Solidarity Program, as well as employees who Their income does not exceed the national minimum net guaranteed wage.
Marzouki added that the ministry allocated a financial envelope estimated at 27.7 billion dinars to finance this grant, 16.5 billion dinars of it from the state budget, 08.35 billion dinars from the budget of local communities, and 1.45 billion dinars from the Ministry of National Solidarity, in addition to contributing Annual meetings of the various major public national institutions under the tutelage of ministerial sectors such as “Sonatrach”, “Sonelgaz”, “Naftal”, “Algiers Post” and some transport institutions.

Allocating 360 billion dinars to finance the management budget, in addition to a financial cover estimated at 110 billion dinars to support local development programs, attributing this deficit to the weak financial revenues resulting from property and public utilities and those collected from collection and contracts.
