Kamal Mawla discusses with Olivier Beckett export opportunities to France – Al-Hiwar Algeria

Olivier Beckett, Minister in charge of Foreign Trade and Polarization in the French government, received in Paris a delegation of the Algerian Economic Renewal Council, to discuss opportunities for exporting Algerian products outside of hydrocarbons to France.

The Algerian Council for Economic Renewal stated in a statement today, Sunday, that during the meeting, discussions were exchanged on developing export opportunities for national production outside the field of hydrocarbons, adding that “our products are more competitive and can find a place for them in the French market.”

The delegation of the Algerian Economic Renewal Council in Paris, headed by its president, Kamal Mawla, held meetings with officials of French companies on joint economic prospects, which resulted in the signing of a partnership protocol with the French Institutions Movement.

And the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, had recommended to Algerian producers and investors, during the opening of the Algerian production exhibition, last week, to turn towards exports and break into foreign markets, within the framework of implementing the strategy to diversify exports outside of hydrocarbons and to reach revenues exceeding 10 billion dollars.
