Draghi: Saudi Arabia will seek to host the 2030 World Cup

Sports journalist Hafeez Darraji predicted that Saudi Arabia would seek to host the World Cup after the 2026 World Cup.

Draghi said during the dialogue forum that the capabilities available to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the developments it is experiencing enable it to organize the World Cup 2030.

Draghi added that Qatar did not spend $220 billion to host the 2022 World Cup, but rather spent it to establish infrastructure and build its country, and Qatar today will not put another room until after the next 20 years. The opportunity for the World Cup was to build the State of Qatar.

Draghi said that the Qatari case must be studied, and people, entities and countries must draw inspiration from it. The positives were more than the negatives in the success in organizing the 2022 World Cup.

Draghi added that according to the testimonies of European journalists, Qatar has provided more than what was required of it in hosting the World Cup, and it has given foreigners an opportunity to know the Gulf countries and the Arab world, and created positive jealousy in us to achieve the impossible.

If you go back to history, there was a committee to organize the World Cup, in Qatar since the first day of winning the bid to host the World Cup, the Qataris established the Projects and Legacy Committee, and it will continue its work in all fields in Qatar.

There are many Algerians hosted by Fitr in all fields to work, the Qataris do not have a “Barani” contract.
