Signing a framework agreement between the National Observatory of Civil Society and the Algerian Ministry of Culture and Arts – Al-Hiwar

Yesterday evening, Thursday, a second framework agreement was signed between Noureddine Ben Brahem, Head of the National Observatory for Civil Society, and Samia Mawalfi, Minister of Environment and Renewable Energies, at the Ministry’s headquarters.

The agreement is in implementation of the new strategy of the National Observatory for Civil Society aimed at supporting active associations and accompanying all civil society activities, and less than an hour after the signing of a framework agreement between the Observatory and the Ministry of Culture and Arts.

This agreement comes in support of associations and civil society activities active in the field of environment and renewable energies, as well as within a series of agreements concluded that the Observatory is working on signing with various public authorities centrally and locally, which mainly aim to promote national values, democratic practice, citizenship and participatory work between the environment and energy sectors.
