Today, Sunday, at his residence at the International Conference Center, Ibrahim Boghali held talks with his counterpart, Speaker of the Shura Council of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Muhammad Baqer Qalibaf, in which he reviewed the level of good bilateral relations and ways to enhance bilateral cooperation that brings the two countries together on more than one level.
During this meeting, Qalibaf expressed his thanks for the warm reception and his pleasure in being in Algeria to participate in the conference. He praised the development of relations between the two countries and expressed his confidence in the success of this session, as evidenced by the signs of good organization.
The talks provided the Speakers of the two Councils with the opportunity to highlight the role of parliamentarians in defending common positions in international forums. They did not miss the opportunity to condemn the violations of the Palestinian people’s legitimate rights at the hands of the occupation. to the desired level.
In this regard, Boghali and Qalibaf took the opportunity to call for coordination of work within the framework of the federation in a manner that serves the higher interests of the Islamic nation. The two parties also agreed on the necessity of activating the work of the parliamentary friendship committees and embodying this by programming a visit for the Algerian side to Tehran before next March.
