An executive decree was issued in Issue 29 of the Official Gazette specifying the modalities for managing and functioning the electronic portal dedicated to the establishment of establishments, as well as the modalities for registration, transfer, receipt of electronic documents and the granting of the common identification number.
According to this decree, the Prime Minister decided to create an electronic portal dedicated to the establishment and registration of institutions.
This newly created portal will be managed by the Commercial Registry Center in coordination with the tax departments, “Knas”, “Kaznos” and the Bureau of Statistics.
This portal will allow the establishment to be registered electronically without the need to go to the Commercial Registry, Taxes, Kanas and Kaznos departments.
This electronic portal will allow establishment of institutions within 3 days after filing the application.
The interests of the Commercial Registry, Taxes, “Sweeps”, “Kaznos” and the Bureau of Statistics will be obligated to launch the electronic portal within 6 months from now.
