The National Building Movement denounces the interference of the European Parliament in the internal affairs of Algeria – Al-Hiwar Al-Jazaeryia

Today, Friday, the National Construction Company issued a statement expressing its rejection and disapproval of the European Parliament’s interference in Algerian internal affairs.

The movement’s statement read: We received in the National Building Movement with strong condemnation and disapproval of what was stated in the list of the European Parliament regarding its recommendations to our country to respect freedom of expression and the press, and we consider this a blatant interference in the internal affairs of Algeria.
We categorically reject these fabricated allegations and the disgraceful interference by this European institution, which is contrary to the principle of respect for the sovereignty of states, and we consider it a clear and systematic attack on our country, and we consider that the European Parliament is politically and morally incompetent to give lessons to Algeria about democracy and human rights, as we record that it It is very disappointing that the latter did not make an effort to communicate with the Algerian state to find out the facts before launching his false accusations.
We note, with regret, this dangerous deviation of the European Parliament and unacceptable transgression, and we consider it a desperate attempt to influence the functioning of the institutions of the sovereign and independent Algerian state.
We in the National Building Movement will not accept in any way that our homeland be subject to bargaining or blackmail, and we condemn any attempt to target its constitutional institutions, foremost of which is the independence of the judiciary.
The emergence of the European institution, and at this time when the world is witnessing major transformations that enshrine the emancipation of countries from foreign tutelage, seems to indicate a new wave of harassment aimed at disrupting the project of building a new Algeria.
We in the national construction movement realize that the new position of the European Parliament, which we reject in form and in content, confirms to us the annoyance of some parties hostile to Algeria, about the strong return of our country at the regional and international levels, and it is on its way to regain its role as a pivotal state in the arena of adults.
And while we renew our rejection of external dictates and every interference and guardianship, and in the face of the danger of foreign interference and harassment that is increasing in our homeland and the threats they pose to the sovereignty and independence of the national decision, we in the national construction movement call upon all benevolent national wills to intensify efforts and cooperation and close ranks to make it A strong barrier in front of possible intrusions, and we block the way for those lurking in the homeland, abroad and inside, in order to defend the Algerian state and its constitutional institutions. In such days, the cohesion between all spectrums of the national elites increases, the depth of solidarity increases, and efforts are combined with unwavering confidence to preserve Algeria, for whose freedom, independence and unity the righteous martyrs sacrificed.
Moreover, we do not justify any deficiency, no matter how small or large, but rather we must rectify it, correct it and fill the defect in it, but we do not accept anyone to interfere in our sovereignty and in our affairs and give us lessons, for we are aware and able to dialogue between us and overcome our differences Without any bullying by the foreigner, whatever this foreigner is, and we correct our mistakes, if any, with all courage.
