The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Strip since last Tuesday has risen to 33.
The ministry said in a statement at dawn today, Saturday, that among the martyrs were 6 children and 3 women, and that 147 other people were wounded.
For their part, the Palestinian factions declared, on Friday evening, that their fight against the “Israeli enemy” continues, and that they “will continue their commitment to the blood of the martyrs, whatever the cost.”
The factions said in their statement that the martyrdom of the commanders “is evidence that they are at the heart of the battle and the field, and at the forefront of the confrontation in the face of the brutal aggression.”
The Al-Qassam Brigades praised the leader, Al-Hassani, and said in a statement that he was responsible for coordinating between the leadership of the Al-Qassam Brigades and the Al-Quds Brigades during the Battle of Revenge of the Free People (which is a missile strike with hundreds of missiles directed by the resistance at Israeli sites and targets).
The occupation army had announced in a statement the elimination of Iyad al-Hassani, the official responsible for the operations file in the Islamic Jihad organization, in a joint operation of the army and the (General Security) apparatus.
Regional and international parties are making efforts to stop the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip. However, the occupation planes have continued, since dawn on Tuesday, to carry out their military attacks. The Palestinian resistance factions responded to them on Wednesday, with missile barrages that reached Tel Aviv and cities in the center of the country.
A spokesman for the Israeli occupation army said today that 1,099 missiles were fired from the Gaza Strip, and the resistance factions had previously threatened to take revenge for their martyrs until the occupation was defeated and all legitimate rights were restored.
