Algeria is ranked first in the world in the Huawei competition – Al-Hiwar Al-Jazaeryia

Algerian students, participating in the international competition ICT ACADEMY organized by the Chinese giant Huawei, were able to seize the first place in the world.

Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Kamal Badari congratulated the crowned students on his official Facebook page.

The minister explained that the students participating in the global ICT ACADEMY competition, organized by the Chinese giant Huawei, won first place in two competitions, and second place in two competitions.

The ICT Academy is a global competition, presented by Huawei, that takes place worldwide, in communications and technology. It aims to obtain the best talents in these fields, highlight them, refine them, and take care of them.

This global competition is organized in three stages, a first national stage, and a regional one for North Africa, with the participation of 29 countries. While the third and final stage is organized in China.

The Huawei Technology Competition is fully in line with the company’s vision to enhance local ICT skills. This is a service for the development of talents in Algeria.”
