This bulletin, which was classified in the level of “orange” vigilance and is valid until 15:00 this evening, concerns each of the wilayas of Souk Ahras, Tebessa, Oum El Bouaghi, Khenchela, Setif, Mila, Constantia, Skikda, Guelma, Annaba, El Tarf, Bordj Bou Arreridj. Bejaia, Jijel, Biskra and Tizi Ouzou.
In another bulletin, the Diwan warned of heavy thunderstorms accompanied by hail, starting from nine in the morning until 22:00 at night.
