The two presidents highly evaluated the historical friendship between the two countries, and they unanimously believe that the Chinese and Palestinian sides have always trusted and supported each other, and consider them close friends, good partners and true dear brothers. The two presidents agreed to establish strategic partnership relations between China and Palestine, and to strengthen friendly cooperation between the two countries in all fields in a comprehensive manner, for the benefit of the two peoples.

The Palestinian side firmly adheres to the one-China principle, supports China’s efforts to preserve the country’s sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity, and resolutely rejects any forces’ interference in China’s internal affairs; It reaffirms that the government of the People’s Republic of China is the only legitimate government that represents the whole of China, and that Taiwan is an inalienable part of Chinese territory, and the Palestinian side categorically rejects “Taiwan independence” in all its forms, and reaffirms not to undertake official communication with Taiwan in any form. supports all efforts made by the Chinese Government to realize the reunification of China; It firmly supports China’s position on Hong Kong-related issues, supports China’s efforts to maintain national security within the framework of “one country, two systems”, believes with conviction that Hong Kong affairs are purely China’s internal affairs, and strongly condemns the illegal interventions of foreign forces. in Hong Kong affairs and Chinese internal affairs; It reaffirms that the issues related to Xinjiang are not a human rights issue at all, but rather the issues related to combating violent terrorism, de-radicalization and combating separatism, and the Palestinian side categorically rejects the interference in China’s internal affairs by exploiting the issues related to Xinjiang.
The Chinese side firmly supports the just cause of the Palestinian people to restore their legitimate national rights, and will always stand by the Palestinian people, and make unremitting efforts to find a comprehensive, just and lasting solution to the Palestinian issue at an early date; and firmly supports the establishment of an independent and fully sovereign state of Palestine based on the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital; and supports the preservation of the historical status quo of the sanctities of Jerusalem; supports Palestine’s full membership in the United Nations; supports the strengthening of Palestinian internal unity; It supports Palestine’s resumption of peace negotiations with Israel on the basis of the principle of “land for peace”, relevant United Nations resolutions and the “two-state solution”, in order to achieve peaceful coexistence between Palestine and Israel.
Secondly, the Palestinian side highly evaluates the proposals of President Xi Jinping of the People’s Republic of China regarding the Global Development Initiative, the Global Security Initiative and the Global Civilization Initiative. The two sides will actively cooperate in order to properly implement the above-mentioned initiatives, and push forward the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.
Third, the two sides will continue to advance cooperation in building the “Belt and Road”, fully activate the role of the joint economic and trade committee mechanism between the two countries, and advance negotiations on the China-Palestine Free Trade Area; And continue to push communication and cooperation between the two countries in the fields of culture, education, media and others.
