And he pointed out that the state has begun to work on structural projects for the national economy by restoring the mobility of many productive sectors, such as the mining activity, which is of distinct importance due to the unprecedented achievements it will achieve in providing the market needs of raw materials and reducing imports.
And Yahya added, “We have witnessed the completion of an integrated legal system that established a strong investment ground for the foreign investor…especially with regard to the legal and incentive provisions that came in Law 18-22, which is considered the best law in investment legislation since independence.”
He added that this new stimulating economic environment contributed to “the qualitative leap achieved by non-hydrocarbon exports, which reached numbers not achieved since independence.”
