Algeria Telecom Complex is the official sponsor of the third edition of the Al-Hafiz Al-Saghir program – Al-Hiwar Al-Jazairia

Larbi Bahloul, the governor of the state of Adrar, accompanied by the head of the public relations and public relations complex at the Algiers Telecom Complex, Hammouche Abdel Raouf, supervised the activities of signing the financing agreement for the Small Hafiz Program in its third edition for this season.
