According to the statement of the security interests, the operation came as a result of field investigations by members of the Anti-Illegal Drug Trafficking Squad, which indicated that there were three people between the ages of 25 and 35 in the process of concluding a deal to sell a significant amount of psychotropic substances.
The statement revealed that the same interests implemented a well-articulated plan of action after the gang was arrested and 6,360 capsules of psychotropic substances of the type “Pregabalin” 300 mg of foreign manufacture were seized, an amount of money from promotional revenues estimated at 130,000 dinars, and a vehicle used in criminal activity.
After completing all the legal procedures, a judicial file was completed, and the suspects will be presented before the Public Prosecutor at the Al-Bayda Court.
