Today, Monday, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the National Community, Ahmed Ataf, visited the Civil Status Authority, where he met with a group of resident citizens as well as members of the community, during which he listened to their concerns and inspected their reception and service conditions.
Ataf also gave his instructions and directives to the workers in this interest in order to optimally take care of the concerns of citizens, according to what was stated in a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Community and the National Ministry Abroad.
Ataf also urged civil service workers to ensure a good reception of citizens and ensure the best service for them, through the development of methods and methods of work and the introduction of new mechanisms that guarantee the speed, effectiveness and sustainability of services, as well as the ease of access to them by citizens.
