Today, Thursday, the Minister of Housing, Urbanism and the City, Mohamed Tariq Belaribi, made a field visit to the Tizi Ouzou stadium, which is his second after the visit that was on April 11 of this year, in order to determine the extent of the stadium’s readiness to host the test match and to continue the intervention of the civil protection services that monitor The readiness of the various wings of the stadium.
The minister started the visit by inspecting the athletics stadium, whose track was very advanced, and then the minister moved to the secondary stadium to inspect the changing rooms in which the works were finally completed in the main stadium, which is the same for the hotel.
Belaribi reviewed the various details of the stadium works, including the equipment that facilitates the work of the technicians of the media channels, the water heating system, the ventilation system, the surveillance camera system, and the entrance door control system.
He also ordered the institution that completes the electrical cabinets to install them at the stadium level before the end of next week.
For the Minister to end the visit by chairing a meeting with the various stakeholders in the stadium works, where a case presentation was made by the Office of Studies, which is charged with diligent follow-up of the stadium works, and the calendar of completed and near-completed works was presented.
The official page of the Ministry of Housing, Urbanism and the City revealed that the occupancy rate reached 97% of the total final works.
