The Prime Minister said in the congratulatory text, “By the arrival of the Amazigh New Year 2973.. Isqas Amqaz, Isqas Ambrouh, for Algerian women and men in the homeland and the Diaspora, and I ask God Almighty that this “year” be a bearer of goodness, contentment and blessing for us and our beloved homeland.
