Ben Brahem: It’s time to professionalize associative action – Al-Hiwar Al-Jazaeryia

The head of the National Observatory for Civil Society, Noureddine Ben Brahem, confirmed during the meeting to establish the National Committee for Experts in charge of training and building the capacities of members of civil society associations, that his body will work to upgrade the human resource and develop its performance in the current year. The human resource, which is essential to the promotion of collective work, as it is the most important priority for the strategic direction in order to make collective work professional in all aspects.

And Ben Brahm considered that the observatory’s strategy is based on five foundations, including training and building the capacities of the observatory’s members in order to develop the locality of the associations, because basically the training circle is absent and it must be strengthened and a mechanism must be found to develop the performance of the associations.

Ben Brahem revealed that the National Observatory for Civil Society is in the process of establishing a headquarters in the capital, next Ramadan, the first national center for building the capacities of civil society in Algeria, as well as signing agreements with the Ministry of Higher Education and the Ministry of Vocational Training and Education, to upgrade training performance and make the National Observatory a production body. And participation in all possible sectors, saying in this regard: “Today we are facing a beginning opportunity to establish the promotion of the role of civil society in Algeria.
