Today, Tuesday, the Speaker of the National People’s Assembly, Ibrahim Bogali, appreciated the outputs of the last cabinet, especially those related to decisions aimed at achieving the country’s economic development.
Boghali praised, in a plenary session devoted to voting on two draft laws related to retirement and the list of official holidays, the outputs of the recent cabinet, appreciating “the decisions taken in it related to the direction towards devoting the strides that have been made in many fields and sectors, especially those related to economic take-off to achieve for sustainable development.”
He also praised the “proactive view to confront all kinds of disasters, accidents and emergencies,” stressing that Algeria is working in this context “according to a well-studied strategy and a clear-cut road map.”
The President of the National People’s Assembly went on to say: “This forward-looking vision is highly appreciated, as it takes place in the context of the ethics of public life and the involvement of all segments of society in order to adopt civilized behavior aimed at building a new Algeria rooted, clinging to its specificities and looking forward to a prosperous future.”
On the other hand, he did not miss the opportunity to praise the decision of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, in the Council of Ministers to “deepen relations with the Algerian community abroad and make it, through constant communication with it, involved in the national effort.”
Boghali touched on Algeria’s election as a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council, stressing that “the international community’s unanimous vote in favor of Algeria in this Council for the years 2024-2025 confirms the position occupied by Algeria and everyone’s confidence in its firm positions and standing by those with just causes for the sake of a world where justice prevails.” and noble human values, and also confirms the success of Algerian diplomacy, which has returned – as he said – with force under the leadership and guidance of President Tebboune.
