Boghali presides over a meeting of the Council’s office… and refuses to transgress the Minister of Commerce’s established norms – Al-Hiwar Al-Jazaeryia

Ibrahim Bogali, President of the National People’s Assembly, chaired yesterday, Thursday, a meeting of the Bureau of the National People’s Assembly.

The office recorded, at the outset, its rejection of what happened during the last oral questioning session when the Minister of Commerce transgressed the established norms, and the side of good dealing during his response to one of the deputies, not observing the sanctity of the constitutional institution in a way that is not befitting for a member of the government and accusing the Council of obstruction and negligence in issues adjudicated. the Constitution.

This is happening at a time when the relationship between the Council and the government was characterized by harmony and mutual respect, and everyone sought to perpetuate the principle of integration and coordination between the two bodies and cooperate in implementing the promising program of the President of the Republic.

Subsequently, the office proceeded to study the proposed amendments to the draft organic law that amends and complements the draft organic law 16-12, which defines the organization of the National People’s Assembly and the Council of the Nation, their work, and the functional relations between them and the government, before referring those that fulfilled the legal requirements to the competent committee to study them with owners representatives.

The office then considered a proposal to organize a celebration in honor of the women deputies of the National People’s Assembly on the occasion of International Women’s Day, in appreciation of their efforts in promoting parliamentary work.

The meeting schedule also included the application of the increase in the wages of staff executives, which was approved by the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
