The Public Prosecutor’s Office at the specialized criminal pole of Constantine informed the public that on February 08, 2023, information was received by the security services, according to which the princess Bouraoui, Princess of Algerian soil, left to Tunisia illegally, especially since she is the subject of a judicial order prohibiting her from leaving the national territory, and accordingly the prosecution ordered the opening of an investigation. and bring the suspects to justice.

Investigations resulted in the concerned exit from the national territory in an illegal and planned manner with the help of an organized criminal network, to smuggle immigrants, including an illegal taxi driver. And an employee at the border crossing and other people and with the complicity of a media person, one of her relatives and her mother.

On February 19, 2023, 5 suspects were brought before the Specialized Criminal Prosecution Office. According to an introductory request for a judicial investigation, charges of forming an evil association and illegally leaving the national territory were brought. and smuggling of migrants by an organized criminal group.

After interrogating the defendants, the investigating judge issued an order to place 4 of them in temporary detention and place an accused under judicial supervision.
