Deepening the excellent relations between Algeria and Croatia – Algerian Dialogue

The Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad, Amar Belani, received the Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Croatian Parliament, Gary Capelli, today, Tuesday, in Algiers, according to a statement issued by the ministry.
The text of the statement stated that the meeting “constituted an opportunity to renew the will of the two parties and their common desire to deepen the excellent relations between the two countries and to develop and expand bilateral cooperation, especially in light of the successful Algerian-Croatian political consultations, whose third session was held in Algiers on February 21,” headed by Blani and the designated Secretary of State. The two parties agreed – the statement adds – on “the importance of strengthening parliamentary cooperation, and in this regard they valued the installation of the Algerian-Croatian Parliamentary Friendship Committee as a new mechanism that would consolidate consultation and dialogue between the two friendly countries on all issues of common concern.”

On the other hand, during the talks, the two sides exchanged views and analyzes on the current international situation, and in this regard they expressed their “great satisfaction” with the conformity of the two countries’ vision regarding the demand for strengthening the multilateral action system and the call for the application of international legitimacy and international law without selectivity and away from double standards in dealing with Various crises and conflicts in the world, according to the same source.
