The Ministry of National Education, in a correspondence addressed to principals of education and principals of primary schools, set out the final procedures for the examination for evaluating the achievements of the primary education stage, as successful students will receive certificates of transition to the first year average on June 22.
The Ministry instructed the teachers to follow up on the reservation of the oral and written assessments on the digital platform before the end of their scheduled date on June 4, 2023, which are the tasks entrusted to the principals of primary schools, and to receive the publications of the Acquisition Evaluation Certificate and the outer cover of the evaluation book from the Arabic language inspectors on the same day – 4 June – and Ensure its adequacy.
The ministry also determined that the Professor’s Council will convene before June 21 and reserve the date of its holding on the digital platform to be able to withdraw certificates and the acquisitions evaluation book.
As for the printing of certificates and the evaluation book, the process will take place from 18 to 21 June 2023, provided that the district inspector of the Arabic language is informed of any emergency, and the students and their parents are also informed of the date of handing over the certificates and evaluation books specified on Thursday, 22 June, where the open day is organized for students and Their parents to hand over certificates to those moving to the first intermediate year and evaluation books for all students.
The correspondent of the Ministry of National Education also urges the teachers to provide adequate explanations to the parents regarding the level of the student’s possession of each of the competencies specified in the evaluation book.
