Diplomats praise Algeria’s status after its election as a member of the Security Council – Al-Hiwar Algeria

Members of the diplomatic corps accredited to Algeria hailed, Monday in Algiers, the election of Algeria as a non-permanent member of the Security Council, and hailed this achievement, which is “a recognition of its stature and the professionalism of its diplomacy.”
During the celebration ceremony that was held under the high patronage of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, on the occasion of the election of Algeria as a non-permanent member of the Security Council, the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps and Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Algeria, Mr. Mohamed Marzouk Al-Shabo, said in a short speech that this election is “a tribute and recognition of his status Algeria, its professional diplomacy, its honorable and ancient history, and its important strategic position.
He added that Algeria’s membership in the Security Council is also considered an “achievement,” stressing the confidence of the diplomatic corps that he represents that Algeria “will devote its membership to serving noble human principles and for the benefit of it and the issues of the Arab world in particular, and international issues in general.”
