Abdel Majid Tebboune, President of the Republic, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Minister of National Defense, chaired today a meeting of the Council of Ministers.
With regard to the public works sector, the President of the Republic ordered the speedy establishment of a mixed company for the railway industry, in cooperation with foreign expertise specialized in this field and with a global reputation, with the aim of reaching a comprehensive national link with railways, linking the north with the south and facilitating transportation for economic dealers.
That the railway extension be a top priority, especially along Ouargla-Tamanguest, Ghardaïa-El-Manea, and Gara Jbeilat-Bechar, given the economic and strategic importance of these axes.
