Sharafi revealed on the waves of the national radio that her authority is preparing “in the coming days to launch an application on the smart phone to facilitate the work of the authority and bring it closer to citizens, especially children,” explaining that “the National Authority for the Protection and Promotion of Childhood is a link and communication link between it and Algerian families in all matters related to childhood.” .
In this regard, she stressed that this initiative comes to develop new mechanisms to receive notifications and concerns related to the protection of this segment of children, in line with new technological developments.
In the same context, the spokeswoman mentioned the green number “1111”, which was launched by her authority in 2018, which was included in the notification receiving cell, after undergoing training in the legal field and psychology.
The listening cell of the National Commission for the Protection and Promotion of Childhood receives hundreds of calls every day, cases that vary between those that require advice or legal intervention.
