Because of statements described as inflammatory, the investigating judge of the Court of First Instance ordered this morning, Thursday, the imprisonment of the head of the Ennahda movement, Rashid Ghannouchi, and the speaker of the local parliament. Twelve people, including Ghannouchi, were referred to investigation on charges related to threatening state security.
