In order to achieve a university hospital, MP Berchid launches a campaign to collect citizens’ signatures – Al-Hiwar Algeria

The representative of the state of Bechar, Youssef Berchid, continues the campaign for signatures of citizens, which he initiated, in order to involve the citizens of the state of Bechar in raising the occupancy, with the aim of removing injustice from them and alleviating their suffering, foremost of which is the completion of a university hospital, and the improvement of air navigation services.

The statement of Representative Youssef Berchid, published on his official page, revealed that his persistence, under the slogan “Citizens for a University Hospital in Bechar,” and the improvement of air navigation services, is organizing a signature campaign, in order to raise concern at the level of the concerned authorities, headed by the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune.

The signature campaign for the deputy began in the first week of this month, with the movement of citizens wishing to join and sign, on a daily basis, from 11 am to 1 pm.

The representative of the state of Bechar, Berchid Youssef, appealed to the President of the Republic to build a university hospital center in the state of Bechar.

The representative’s correspondence, a copy of which was obtained by Al-Hiwar, stated: “Mr. President, we are pleased to raise this appeal to you, on behalf of the citizens of the state of Bashar, with the intention of interfering with regard to public health services in the state, especially with regard to the establishment and completion of a university hospital center in the state of Bashar.” Although he adds: “A demand that exhausted generations of the people of the state, which culminated in the registration of a study, and the follow-up of the completion and equipping of a university hospital center with 400 beds in Bechar.” General equipment for the state of Bashar to run it, ”however, the deputy continues “through the blog of registered operations for the benefit of the state of Bashar and Al-Mahina until December 31 of last year.” The completion rate, the deputy reveals, has reached “0 percent,” which kept the deputy highlighting “the disastrous services Health in the state, and the students of the College of Medicine not benefiting from effective training despite the qualitative efforts made by the executives of this college.
