In implementation of the directives of the Minister of Industry, Ahmed Zagdar, to support the strategy of economic inclusion through the policy of integration between economic complexes, today, Wednesday, the President and General Manager of the Algerian Holding Company for Chemical Specialties, Samir Yahyaoui, and the General Manager of the Ferrovial Bou Youssef Lamri complex, signed a partnership agreement that includes developing the field of manufacturing private waste incineration plants and Noting that this type of waste has a very negative and direct impact on the environment and on people, and is generated annually in large quantities.

In this context, in the first phase, 3R SANTE, subsidiary of Holding ACS, will be provided with a new incineration plant, manufactured by the “Feruvial” complex, as a pilot project in order to achieve economic integration in the field of waste incineration.

For its part, Holding ACS and its subsidiary 3R SANTE put at the disposal of the “Ferrovial” industrial complex its technical expertise and advisors in this field, especially accompanying the Ferrovial complex to obtain accreditation by the concerned authorities.

The agreement also includes the evaluation and rehabilitation of the discontinued incineration station, as well as the escort of 3R santé by the maintenance tires of the “Feruvial” complex, which in turn benefits from the manufacturing methods of this type of facilities.

And the exchange of services and products between the two parties within the framework of effective and sustainable cooperation, especially with regard to industrial paints, plastics and rubber, as well as maintenance products, and the achievement of partnership in various fields, especially trade, with the aim of contributing to the economic growth of both parties.

It should be noted that the 3R SANTE company, a branch of the Algerian Holding Company for Chemical Specialties, 3R SANTE, was established specifically for the management and treatment of private and hazardous waste, and this is what the holding company seeks to achieve during the current year, according to the recently approved strategic development plan in the apartment designated for the company. sub 3r santé.
