In his speech in front of a gathering of students and professors, the minister praised the great sacrifices made by the Algerian people in order to achieve victory and freedom, and had mercy on the occasion of the memory of our honorable martyrs, and the jihad of the Algerian heroes of the Mujahideen.

The minister renewed the firm pledge to follow in their footsteps and move forward in making all of Algeria, and the Algerian University in particular, a pioneer and an actor to achieve their mission and hope for a developed and developing Algeria.
