In the same context, Ben Brahm explained that the observatory’s strategy is based on improving the legal system framing associations, in addition to financing and the culture of the association project, as well as participation between civil society and public authorities, in addition to training, training, capacity building of civil society, regional and international cooperation.
Ben Brahm referred, in this regard, to the practical, participatory approach that is reliable in working with the adoption and use of modern technologies, especially electronic platforms, to communicate with the community and explore its needs.
During the meeting, the heads of the parliamentary groups considered that the partnership between public authorities and civil society is essential and essential, and stressed that field work will give dynamism and solutions to the problems that society suffers from, especially those related to dealing with the drug problem.
In this regard, the deputies insisted on the need to benefit from the experiences of the current civil society and work to break the monotony in management and change the stereotype in order to create an elite that protects our identity and culture in light of international challenges, considering that the observatory’s reliance on electronic platforms to listen to the citizen’s concerns will gradually allow the diagnosis of the disease and its method. eliminate it.
