Major General Tlemcen Omar, Commander of the 4th Military Region, supervised today, Sunday, the graduation ceremony of the batches at the level of the Higher School of Special Forces in Biskra in the 4th Military Region, in the presence of the civil and military authorities.

The ceremony began with the speech of the Commander of the Higher School of Special Forces, in which he emphasized the most important fields of training for this distinguished training edifice through the various theoretical and applied scientific and military knowledge that the students acquired during their training period.

After taking the oath from the graduating batches, Major General Commander of the 4th Military Region, accompanied by the school staff, awarded ranks and handed over certificates to the top achievers of the graduating batches that bore the name of the martyr “Souli Jilani”. After that, the field was opened for sports performances, a graphic combat exercise, and a parachuting show.
