The Minister of the Interior, Local Communities and Urban Development, Ibrahim Mourad, accompanied by the Wali of Algiers Province, Mohamed Abdelnour Rabhi, supervised today a field inspection visit at the level of the Province of Algiers, where the Minister observed the pace of progress in implementing the strategic vision for the preparation, rehabilitation and decoration of the capital, and he will also inspect the completion of a number of projects. Structured projects.

The delegation visited the Leisure and Entertainment Park in Ben Aknoun, where the attendees received a presentation on the prospects for rehabilitating this important facility, which can contribute to an important tourism and economic movement.

As for the Donia Park in the Great Winds, a presentation was presented that included the development works of paths and bicycle paths along the perimeter of the two lakes, communication methods between the prepared areas, play and relaxation spaces, lighting at the level of six 6 car parks with an estimated capacity of 5000 vehicles, in addition to another presentation. The project included mechanical and biological stabilization of the slopes, by planting 11,950 shrubs and building barricades, to reduce the phenomenon of soil erosion and create spaces for rest and recreation for citizens.

After examining the project, the minister stressed the need to hand over the project according to the deadlines set for it in order to open it to citizens, praising the effective role of the Algerian state and local authorities in embodying this type of project that serves the citizen.
