The sports complex “Martyrs of the MC Cherchell Team” of the Military Academy of Cherchell, the late President Houari Boumediene, witnessed today, Tuesday, the closing ceremony of the activities of the “Olympic Sports Week”, which witnessed a wide participation of students in various disciplines (athletics, team and combat sports).
During this competition, the commander of the academy stressed that practicing sports activity helps to gain good experiences and behavioral patterns, as it is an integral part of the military formation that is based on the physical and mental readiness of individuals, in addition to consolidating the collective spirit and the culture of sports practice.
To conclude the activities of the Olympic Sports Week by handing over cups, medals and certificates to the outstanding students.
