To embody the strategy of emergency intervention, and to test the readiness and effectiveness of field intervention during the occurrence of natural disasters, and within the framework of implementing a hypothetical exercise that simulates the occurrence of partial floods in the wilaya of Tebessa as a result of weather fluctuations, the People’s National Army, in coordination with the Civil Protection, the National Security, harnessed all the material and human capabilities to confront these The natural disaster in order to recover the victims, provide assistance to the stranded citizens and work to facilitate the movement of traffic for the main interlocutors, in addition to assisting in providing first aid to the victims of the disaster, and protecting property and people.
The objective of this exercise is to embody the culture of anticipating crises, planning and preparing to confront any crisis, pursuant to Law 20-04 of December 25, 2004 related to the prevention of major risks and the management of disasters within the framework of sustainable development.
