July 5th.. Distributing “Books” for free on the East-West Highway – Al-Houwar Al-Jazairia

On July 5, a quantity of books will be distributed free of charge along the East/West Highway to promote the paper book and encourage reading. Sponsored by the Naftal Foundation and with the participation of Al-Watan Al-Youm publications and “Your Art Books”, coinciding with the 61st anniversary of independence.

This exceptional cultural event sponsored by the Naftal Foundation, according to a statement by Al-Watan Al-Youm Publications, came to sensitize traveling families about the importance of books and motivate them to read seriously and fruitfully, especially those books that are concerned with our history and the biographies of our heroes and symbols in order to instill national values ​​in the younger generations.

This initiative, which bears the slogan: “Highway / East West / Road of Reading – Road of Knowledge. According to the same statement, also as an appreciation for the five years of pioneering experience launched by Al-Watan Al-Youm Publications to distribute the cultural pocket book interested in Algerian culture and the masterpieces of Arab and foreign classics in Arabic, French and English at Naftal stations with the two partners “Al-Muzania” Foundation and “Fatah Al-Andalus” Foundation to encourage reading at a low price.
