Launching 6 new digital platforms, and this is their role … – Al-Hiwar Al-Jazaeryya

Today, Tuesday, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Kamal Badari, supervised the putting into service of 6 digital platforms, in addition to an electronic application, and this is within the framework of the initiatives taken by the higher education sector, as a measure to accelerate, simplify, and effectively perform tasks.

1- The first platform: “It pertains to the electronic unified window, to which a quarter of a million employees of various grades will resort, to simplify their needs and complete the operations they request.”

2- The second platform: “It is related to documentation and teaching on school documents, and it is directed to all graduates from the higher education and scientific research sector, since independence, and allows to simplify administrative matters for students.”

3- The third platform: It is called “The Electronic Portfolio”, and its aim is to promote the zero-paper policy and to enhance the electronic signature, which was taken by the higher education sector to simplify and effectively perform the sector’s documentary tasks.

4- The fourth platform is related to “medical scientific publications”, which will be the first local platform in which research and publications related to medical sciences will be published.

5- The fifth platform: “pertains to the management of university business incubators, to benefit from the services provided by the incubators, and their internal management.”

6- The sixth platform: “The electronic release certificate platform for QUITUS students, to facilitate the procedures for obtaining a clearance certificate without the hassle of moving to the concerned departments.”

As for the electronic application WEBETU, it is added to the application that was launched a month ago, related to the student portal, which enables it to view various information related to points, in addition to student services, and it can be downloaded from smart phone stores for the two systems “ANDROID IOS”.

It is noteworthy that the higher education sector was a pioneer in launching the digitization process, through the initiatives it undertakes monthly, which aim to facilitate and activate the daily needs of students and citizens.
