Libya calls upon the Arabs for a unified position on its crisis – the Algerian dialogue

The head of the Libyan Presidential Council, Mohamed Al-Manfi, called on the League of Arab States to play a broader and clearer role in Libya, by supporting the efforts of the United Nations and the African Union to achieve national reconciliation and hold general elections during the current year.
