Libyan sources said that a major conflict erupted in the Security Council because of the Libyan situation.

The same sources added to the dialogue that the conflict between the P3 is America, Britain and France on the one hand, and Russia on the other.

“P3” only want parliamentary elections, Russia wants presidential and parliamentary elections, and Egypt supports holding presidential and parliamentary elections.

Egypt remains unwilling to bypass the House of Representatives and the state, and rejects the technical committee that Batelli might propose to implement the constitutional rule and the presidential elections. It also calls for the formation of a new government and for Dabaiba not to continue.

The Libyan sources said that the “P3” do not want presidential elections because of the presence of Saif al-Islam al-Qaddafi.
