Maulouji issues instructions to complete integration and employment in the culture sector – Al-Hiwar Al-Jazaeryia

In two ministerial directives, the Minister of Culture and Arts, Suriya Moulouji, ordered the completion of integration and employment, and the exploitation of liberated financial positions.
The Ministry of Culture allowed “the exploitation of financial positions liberated during the relevant fiscal year for external employment or promotion.”

In an instruction addressed to directors of cultural institutions, the ministry indicated that “the exploitation of financial positions liberated during the relevant fiscal year does not require the issuance of exceptional licenses in this case.”

The decision was taken, according to the same source, after the sector received requests from cultural institutions under tutelage, seeking exceptional licenses in order to carry out the process of external recruitment or promotion.

The ministry called for personal care to take advantage of these liberated financial positions, in order to support cultural structures with qualified human resources.

Regarding the completion of the integration and employment process, the Ministry called for the completion of integration and employment, in accordance with the legal conditions specified, no later than March 31, 2023.

And she warned that it is the responsibility of the officials of cultural institutions to integrate the beneficiaries of the devices to assist in the vocational and social integration of young people with certificates who are in a legal status until October 31, 2019.

She indicated that the culture and arts sector has completed the process of integrating the beneficiaries of the two apparatuses assisting in the vocational and social integration of young people who hold degrees in institutions of an administrative nature, except for exceptional cases that are decided later by the state integration committees.

And she stressed the need to stand personally on the success of this process, and to provide the Ministry with the outcome of the completion of the process, before the specified date by sending it via e-mail (sdpam-culture.gov.dz).
