Merger of the Safir company by the company with shares of Sarpi – Al-Hiwar Algeria

The company with shares of SAFIR Spa has been merged by the company with shares of SARPI Spa, at the headquarters of Sonatrach.

Sonatrach’s statement highlighted that this merger aims to create synergy of human, financial, material and administrative resources, by combining the activities of the two “merged and acquired” companies, the rational and optimal use of the available capabilities, and the availability of a company that specializes in engineering, supply and construction “EPC”, through Combining the experience of the company with the shares of “SAFIR Spa” and the company with the shares of “SARPI Spa”, especially in the field of engineering, and ensuring the best guarantee for the completion of the projects of the complex in the form of engineering, supply and construction “EPC” and seizing new business opportunities depending on the results of synergy due to merger process.

Sonatrach’s statement stressed that it was confirmed that the merger by acquisition will not have any impact on the professional gains of the employees of the company with the merged Spa SAFIR shares.
