“The operational outcome of the National People’s Army personnel in the framework of combating terrorism and organized crime is very positive, and it is proceeding on a regular basis within the framework of achieving positive results and responding to various security transformations at multiple levels, whether local, regional or international,” Mezab said on the first radio channel.

In a related context, the spokesman indicated that “the forces of the National People’s Army during 2022 achieved significant results in the field of combating terrorism, smuggling, trafficking in weapons, drugs and organized crime, compared to the outcome of 2021, which is evidence of the success of the strategy adopted, which is considered integrated and responds to the nature of transformations and the magnitude of challenges thanks to the element of vigilance and giving The importance of security information to crystallize and formulate pre-emptive operations.
