According to a statement by the Ministry of Industry and Pharmaceutical Production, the minister will participate in the work of the economic forum on prospects for the development of the automotive industry in Algeria.
This working visit also falls within the framework of strengthening the “Algerian-Italian” cooperation and partnership relations and highlighting the investment opportunities offered by the Algerian industry. Especially in the automotive industry.
The forum will be organized by the Algerian Embassy in Italy, in Turin (the capital of the Piedmont region), with the aim of motivating Italian auto equipment manufacturers to develop their activities in Algeria, especially after the auto industry project launched by the “Stelantis” group in Algeria.
The event will be organized in cooperation with the Italian Association of the Automotive Industry “ANFIA” and in partnership with the “STELLANTIS” group.
This forum is part of the framework of strengthening and diversifying Algerian-Italian cooperation and partnership relations, and in light of the significant improvement of the business climate in Algeria.
For reference, the forum will bring together nearly 100 Algerian and Italian economic operators and institutional representatives, providing an opportunity for dealers active in the automotive components sector to explore ways and means to establish cooperation in this field.

In order to inform them of the reforms undertaken by the government to encourage foreign direct investment and the administrative and operational procedures for developing their projects in Algeria, not to mention the facilities granted in this context, especially those related to industrial real estate.
