Mohamed Guti, who recently resigned from the Federal Bureau of the Algerian Football Federation, responded to the decision to prevent dual positions.
Pointing out that he did not understand, until now, how to deal with them, after he returned again to the office, after he resigned earlier when he was with former President Sharaf al-Din Amara, and he declared on the waves of national radio today, saying: “For the second time I leave the federal office because of the law preventing duplication positions, although we initially received guarantees that the decision to prevent duplication of positions would not be adopted, which prompted me to return to the federal office after my resignation in the custody of President Sharaf al-Din Amara. He added: “I consider the law of dual positions unfair, and I call on the Ministry of Youth and Sports to review it again, for the benefit of Algerian football.”
He also talked about their position in the FAF, saying: “We do not receive wages for being members of the federal office, since we are volunteers and not employees, and there is duplication of positions even at the ministry level, where there are employees who receive two to three salaries, and the ministry must intervene.”
