The Moroccan newspaper “Al Munadil” said that the alliance between the Makhzen regime and the Zionist entity aims to plunder the wealth and resources of the African continent, stressing the need to expand the front of resistance against the current trend to strengthen this alliance, and popularize it for marketing as acceptable to Moroccans.
The newspaper’s editorial, under the title “Strengthening the alliance between the Zionist entity and the Moroccan regime and the duties of its opponents,” on the occasion of the second anniversary of the demarcation of the Makhzen-Zionist normalization on December 22, 2020, stated that the pace of normalization accelerated significantly to strengthen the comprehensive relations between the two parties in all fields.
In the context, she referred to the approval by the Moroccan Parliament a few days ago of two decrees on economic and commercial cooperation, signed on February 21, 2022, and the second on air services between the government of the Kingdom of Morocco and the Zionist entity, signed on August 11, 2021.
The newspaper stressed that the issue is not related to the normalization of relations between the Zionist entity and the Moroccan store, because it is “old relations.” Rather, it is related to a strategic alliance between two regimes, which is included in a major strategy aimed at invading the African continent to plunder its wealth and resources.
What is worse, according to the newspaper, is the Makhzen’s continued “emphasis on those relations with an entity that kills a revolting people,” noting that two months after the outbreak of the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood uprising in Jerusalem, the Zionist Chief of Staff visited Rabat, during which he met with senior military officials in Morocco.
The newspaper also warned that normalization in Morocco is no longer only official, but is being done to inculcate it popularly and make it acceptable, by “using the media, forms of cultural exchange, relations between universities, encouraging tourism, and portraying relations between the two regimes as serving the interests of the country.”
In the context, she highlighted the popular rejection in Morocco of normalization, “despite the suppression and suffocation of any opinion opposed to the official direction of the Moroccan state,” citing the anti-normalization protests that expose the official propaganda of the Makhzen regarding Moroccans’ “acceptance” of normalization.
The same newspaper considered that the illusions promoted by the Makhzen, “fell under the test of the shameful crimes committed by the Zionist entity against the Palestinian people and the popular uprisings it provokes, especially after the formation of a new fascist Zionist government, which may give settlements dangerous dimensions, and the corresponding displacement of the Palestinians.” field assassinations and house demolitions.”
And she went on to say: “At that time, the duality of the Moroccan regime will be broken, between its strategic alliance with the usurping entity and the claim of advocating for the rights of the Palestinian people.”
Al-Munadil newspaper stressed that the Palestinian issue is “a case of liquidating settler colonialism that the people and the masses of the region in general face with national resistance.
