The meeting witnessed the presentation of the investment program for the culture and arts sector in Oran, which includes the projects that have been completed and received in addition to those for which the freeze has been lifted, in addition to the forward-looking program of the Ministry to create an artistic and cultural movement in the state, as well as the rehabilitation of the historical and heritage monuments that abound in it, and this is in an atmosphere of discussion. And exchange opinions and suggestions.
This is the first meeting within the program of meetings that the Minister intends to organize with members of Parliament in both chambers, as a new approach within the framework of the Ministry’s relations with the people’s representatives, in order to activate their oversight role on the work of the government, in order to strengthen cooperation between the executive and legislative branches.
After that, the minister, accompanied by deputies and executives from the ministry, officially inaugurated a group exhibition of plastic arts in the Palace of Culture “Mufdi Zakaria” under the title “Artistic Touches of Free Expressions” on the occasion of the celebration of International Women’s Day, with the participation of about twenty male and female artists, as most of the exhibited works embody women’s creativity in The field of fine art through artistic paintings that simulate several themes. The exhibition is also an opportunity for young talents to present their works and creations to the public and create opportunities for exchange and sharing of experiences and expertise between artists, provided that it continues until March 18th.
Then, the Minister, accompanied by her accompanying delegation, visited the exhibition held on the sidelines of the “Algeria web 3” exhibition “Art in the Time of the Virtual”, which sheds light on the experiences and works of elite Algerian youth in the field of emerging enterprises, digitization and information and communication technologies.
