President Tebboune during the “Dawn 2023” tactical exercise: Regional contexts increase our determination to modernize our defense system – Al-Hiwar Al-Jazaeryia

President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Minister of National Defense, after supervising the tactical exercise, “Fajr 2023”, in the 1st Military Region, expressed his satisfaction with the level reached by the People’s National Army.

The President of the Republic, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Minister of National Defense, said after supervising the tactical exercise, “Fajr 2023”, in the 1st Military Region (Djelfa): He expressed his deep satisfaction with the level reached by the People’s National Army, congratulations to its leadership, officers, non-commissioned officers and men the line.
He added: I proudly congratulate all officers, non-commissioned officers and non-commissioned men on the success of the tactical exercise with all ability and control. Algeria is one of the few countries that implement this type of exercise with live ammunition.
He said that the regional contexts increase our determination to modernize our defense system and our equipment and control it. Algeria was and still is a fortress of peace and security, and since its independence it has not been a source of threat or aggression against anyone.
President Tebboune added: It is no secret to anyone in the world that acquiring the forces of power is one of our priorities to protect our sovereignty in the face of attempts to threaten stability in our region. We will work to make the best use of material and human capabilities to protect our borders and strategic sites, and to fight illegal immigration, drugs, and recently counterfeit currency.
President Tebboune concluded by saying: I finally thank everyone who planned, attended and contributed to the success of the tactical exercise, confirming the level of development and operational harmony in implementation, wishing everyone success.
