Minister of Trade and Export Promotion Kamel Rezik chaired, Saturday in Algiers, a coordination meeting with representatives of consumer protection associations to follow up on preparations for the upcoming month of Ramadan, according to a ministry statement.
This meeting was devoted to following up on many issues related to preparation for the month of Ramadan, and it also comes on the eve of the opening of neighboring markets at the level of 58 states, the statement adds.
The meeting, which took place at the ministry’s headquarters, was attended by representatives of the National Organization for Consumer Protection, the Safety Association, the Himayatak Association, the National Union for Consumer Protection, and the General Union of Algerian Tradesmen and Craftsmen, according to the same source.
