Special publication: Snow and rain in the eastern and northern states – Al-Hiwar, Algeria

The National Bureau of Meteorology warned in a special bulletin that snow and rain will continue in eastern and northern states today, Saturday.
Snow falls, according to the vigilance map, in the eastern highlands that exceed 900 meters in height, with a thickness ranging between 10 and 15 cm, until midnight today, Saturday.

The same source stated that the provinces concerned with snow are: Tizi Ouzou, Bouira, Bejaia, Jijel, El Tarf, Annaba, Skikda, Bordj Bou Arreridj, Setif, Constantine, Guelma, Souk Ahras and Mila.

And regarding the expected rain for today, it ranges between 20 and 40 mm, and it may exceed 50 mm, and it will continue to fall until 18:00 today, Saturday.

The vigilance map indicated that the concerned wilayas are: El Tarf, Annaba, Bejaia, Skikda, Jijel, Tizi Ouzou, Bouira, Bordj Bou Arreridj, Setif, Mila, Constantine, Guelma and Souk Ahras.
